Both have acted the same way in regards to not being seen as a webcam by the computer.With both units, initial setup went smooth. So that is why (speculation on my part) the computer does not recognise it as a webcam.The only people that can shed light on this is BMD support.I am on my second ATEM mini pro unit. I suspect it might have something to do with them being able to record video at a high frame rates via the USB port on the PRO & ISO models, as such if you use a USB-3 cable I suspect that there are signals on pins that are not used in a webcam. Launch Zoom, select which camera to use and chose Black Magic Design. On the first connection, the computer sees the switcher and says "setting up Black Magic device". Connect via USB-c to another pc running zoom. Connect camera 2 (HDMI feed from a pc). ![]()
